I'm bowled over with the new iPhone!
I got an iPhone! I got an iPhone! I got an iPhone!
My 19 year old son (Disclaimer: He works in the Orlando Apple Store while going to college) has been telling me that I wouldn't leave the cave age till I got an iPhone. So I finally broke down and trashed my Treo 800 (WPS) and got the new 3gS.
Those who know me are not at all surprised that in less than two weeks I have over 40 apps on it --- and I love every one of them!

- Jack Peckham is the Executive Director of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society, President of the Peckham Boston Advisory Company and Founder of CyberConventions.com. He is the author of several books on marketing published by Wiley Publishers, Prentice Hall and Harcourt Brace Jovanovich. A columnist for the Boston Herald for nine years, his syndicated columns have appeared in over 100 papers nationwide, A skilled speaker and trainer, he has worked with business groups in 44 states and several foreign countries. he served as Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee of the 1,200,000 member National Association of Realtors(NAR).
Using techniques from his 44 years of experience in commercial real estate and from his "Master Guide to Income Property Brokerage" (Wiley Fourth Edition), Jack has been involved directly in the sale of over a BILLION dollars in Commercial /Investment properties.
His technological innovation emerged as founder of the first commercial real estate firm to use computers to match investors with investments. He served as Chairman of the NAR Commercial Investment Technology Committee and Chairman of the NAR MIS Committee and on the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute's Technology Task Force. He also served on the Commercial Investment Advisory Board to the Realtors Information Network. In addition he Chaired the NAR Communications and publications Committees and served on various other NAR committees inculcating Executive and Nominating.
Jack is the Co- Founder and serves as Executive Director of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society. He is a Past President of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and has been honored as it's Realtor of the Year.
