Picture yourself taking notes during a meeting or lecture, your pen records the conversation and digitizes your notes, automatically syncing the ink and audio. This new mini projector will be built right into your cell phone and allow you to do a slide presentation image measuring up to 50 inches. The new technology is called PicoP, which is a tiny laser-based projector about the size of a thin mint. PC Magazine describes his exciting development well. CAR EO Joel Singer presents a compelling case for the increasing importance the internet plays in our industry. And then, after a valuable presentation by Brad Inman and Zillow's CEO's talk, the fireworks start when Realtor.com CEO Allan Dalton rips Zillow founder from one end to the other. This is a must watch video and is available through the courtesy of the California Association of Realtors.
