He is the president of Customer Grabbers, a marketing consulting company that helps companies and independent business owners find creative ways to market their products and services. He was recognized by Crain's Detroit Business in 1991 as one of the top 40 entrepreneurs in the metropolitan Detroit business community.
Bruce was previously the owner of HI-TECH Reporting services, a court reporting firm based in Southfield, Michigan. In that capacity he took an interest in the Internet and how business owners could grow their businesses using this new medium.
