Real Estate Technology Advice

Mal Duane offers technology advice to real estate agents in this interview.

Mal PhotoMal Duane is the broker/owner of MetroWest Homes/MalDuane.Com Real Estate in Framingham, Massachusetts. Mal came on the real estate scene in 1986, and as a RE/MAX agent, quickly became the top producer of her office. Upon founding her own firm in December 2000, she developed a vision of how she would like to do business utilizing a team of agents and the latest technology. To accomplish her goal, Mal traveled all over the country to collect new technology and marketing concepts.

Mal holds several designations including the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), E-Pro, SRES (Seniors Residential Specialist) and RECS (Real Estate CyberSpace Specialist). Mal chairs the Framingham Massachusetts Chapter of the Real Estate CyberSpace Society.
