Prior to entering real estate in 1998, Phyllis Staines spent over 15 years in the brokerage and system consulting divisions of E.F. Hutton, Merrill Lynch and Bank of America.
Phyllis was named REALTOR® of the Year for Northeast Florida in 2004 and has earned the GRI, e-PRO, ABR, RFS, CRS, SRES, C-CREC, RECS and CLHMS designations. She is a published co-author of Get the Best Deal When Selling Your Home, Northeast Florida edition. Her website, www.pstaines.com has earned numerous awards, including one of the best agent websites in Florida from Florida Realtor magazine.
When Phyllis is not selling real estate, she spends her time working as a board member and secretary of the Donna Hicken Foundation, a non profit organization dedicated to helping women with breast cancer in Northeast Florida. Phyllis earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 1984 and her master's degree with honors from Webster University in 1996.
