"Engaging Web Visitors"
Phyliss Staines

Prior to entering real estate in 1998, Phyllis Staines spent over 15 years in the brokerage and system consulting divisions of E.F. Hutton, Merrill Lynch and Bank of America.

Phyllis was named REALTOR® of the Year for Northeast Florida in 2004 and has earned the GRI, e-PRO, ABR, RFS, CRS, SRES, C-CREC, RECS and CLHMS designations. She is a published co-author of Get the Best Deal When Selling Your Home, Northeast Florida edition. Her website, www.pstaines.com has earned numerous awards, including one of the best agent websites in Florida from Florida Realtor magazine.

When Phyllis is not selling real estate, she spends her time working as a board member and secretary of the Donna Hicken Foundation, a non profit organization dedicated to helping women with breast cancer in Northeast Florida. Phyllis earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 1984 and her master's degree with honors from Webster University in 1996.

In her real estate interview at Real Estate CyberSpace Radio she discusses the following real estate information:

More on Engaging Web Visitors

  1. For sustained exposure, Staines directs people to her chats on RealtyPowerLunch.com with an addendum to her weekly column; her web site prominently promotes the scheduled chats right where visitors log on.
  2. When online, she can offer visitors immediate help by way of a Welcome pop-up; as part of the LivePerson service, she can tell where people have gone on the site, how long they stayed and when they return.
  3. Staines benefits from the WOW factor of being online live, which raises the bar for personal service; her immediate online dialogue has resulted in loyal clients and repeat business.
  4. Staines does not require information from people before they are ready to give it, so she is more likely to win their confidence and cooperation.

In this briefing he also covers the following useful real estate topics:

  • The Cyberside Chat Concept
  • How the Webinars Work
  • Marketing Exposure for the Chats
  • The Role of Tech Tools
  • Building Visibility
  • One Negative and Many Positives
  • Favorite Sites
  • Seizing Opportunity
