Gayle
Buske is the founder, president and CEO of Team Double-Click, one of the
country's foremost virtual staffing agencies. Her experience spans 18 years with
companies such as Eastman Kodak Company, Honeywell, Inc. and Jeane Thorne
Temporary Services.
Her entrepreneurial endeavors include owning and
operating a transportation company and brokerage where she drove the company to
unprecedented levels of growth. After determining that the transportation
industry did not suit her vision, Gayle centered her focus on how the
communications power of the Internet could facilitate a business connection
between clients and independent contractors from across the globe. As the head
of a virtual staffing agency with over 18,000 virtual professionals in its pool,
she is uniquely qualified to aid her clients' growth through virtual outsourcing
and to discuss the ins and outs of the virtual staffing industry.
Gayle
has been called upon by Entrepreneur Magazine, Blassingame's Small Business
Advocate, Fortune Magazine's CNN Money, Staff Digest, and numerous other
radio and print outlets to share her expertise about the virtual staffing
industry.
In her real estate interview at Real Estate
CyberSpace Radio she discusses the following real
estate information:
The Advantage of Dealing with an Agency
- If a VA decides to stop working for an agent, the transition to someone new
is much easier when an agency quickly and smoothly finds a replacement; Team
Double-Click has a pool of more that 18,000 VAs.
- Team Double-Click tries hard to retain its VAs by offering them regular
coaching support and mentorship programs; coffee chats are held to help with the
isolation factor of working at home; still there is some turnover -sometimes
because a happy client buys out a VA's contract.
- The agency pairs US clients with US-based VAs; about 90% of the Team
Double-Click pool is in the US.
In this briefing she also covers the following useful real
estate topics:
- The Basics on Virtual Assistants
- Why Agents Should Use a VA
- How to Get Started
- Strategies for Sending Gifts
- Satisfaction with VAs
- How to Find a VA
- Web Resources for Virtual Outsourcing
