Publishing a Book is Like Having a Baby!

Everyone loves it when people walking by say "What a beautiful baby!" That' s the way I feel when real estate pros I have never met send nice unsolicited notes about my latest book "A Master Guide To Income Property Brokerage".

A New York Mortgage broker wrote: "Thank you very much for writing your guide. Its value is far beyond its cost in Barnes & Noble. And a residential agent form Michigan said: "I have not been able to put the book down, plus you will continually be able to refer back to the information."
