Mal Duane is the broker/owner of MalDuane.Com Real Estate in Framingham, Massachusetts. Mal came on the real estate scene in 1986, and as a RE/MAX agent, quickly became the top producer of her office. Upon founding her own firm, she developed a vision of how she would like to do business utilizing a team of agents and the latest technology. To accomplish her goal, Mal traveled all over the country to collect new technology and marketing concepts.
Before most other agents had developed personal web sites, Mal created an Internet marketing program for listings with visual tours backed by email marketing. At MalDuane.Com Real Estate, she has combined the concept of a traditional office with the presence of a powerful cyber-marketing program to create a highly successful company. In 2001, her firm closed 104 units for $23,741,000 in sales. At present, Mal's company is on track for her 2002 goal of $40,000,000.
