Mal came on the real estate scene in 1986, and as a RE/MAX agent, quickly became the top producer of her office. Upon founding her own firm in December 2000, she developed a vision of how she would like to do business utilizing a team of agents and the latest technology. To accomplish her goal, Mal traveled all over the country to collect new technology and marketing concepts. Before most other agents had developed personal web sites, Mal created an Internet marketing program for listings with visual tours backed by email marketing. At MetroWest Homes, she has combined the concept of a traditional office with the presence of a powerful "webcentric" marketing program to create a highly successful company. In 2004, her firm closed 92 units for $38,347,000 with a staff of eleven agents. 2005 produced similar solid sales results.
