He is the author of several books on marketing published by Wiley Publishers, Prentice Hall and Harcourt Brace Jovanovich. A columnist for the Boston Herald for nine years, his syndicated columns have appeared in over 100 papers nationwide. A skilled speaker and trainer, he has worked with business groups in 44 states and several foreign countries. He served as Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee of the 1,200,000 member National Association of Realtors (NAR).
